Sad! I think I feel worse for the girl than for the guy! At least he knew in advance, and he must have had some idea that she might not say yes, and at least everyone feels bad for him! She probably feels like the the whole audience thinks she's a jerk!
Ok so the funny thing is... its not just htis guy whos had a really crappy proposal. Theres like fifty different bad proposals that pop up when you view this on you tube. Dont you think if you were doin it in public that you would at least kinda for sure KNOW they were going to say yes??? Some people's kids. Really.
